Our Rates

Our troubleshooting/service/repair options cover anything from your computer not starting to software not working correctly. We have the knowledge and ability to help with almost any situation you may have concerning your computer. If for some odd reason we can't figure it out or fix it, you pay absolutely nothing. That's zilch, zip, zero so you have nothing to loose! Stop by or call me today!

You have a few different options for our computer troubleshooting and repair services. We can either come out to your site, or bring the computer in to us. Bringing it in will save you some money but then you have to unplug everything, load it into a vehicle and haul it over to our shop. Pricing is as follows:

General Spyware, Virus, Old Programs Cleanout $35

Reformat and Reinstall Windows With All Software $69.99

Or

• $5 examination fee up front which can be applied to any service hours/fees.
• $35/hour for On Site troubleshooting/service/repair with a minimum of 1 hour.
• $20/hour if you bring your computer in to us with a minimum of 1 hour.
• You pay for any parts at cost so there is NO MARKUP on any hardware that may need to be replaced or added.
